All services are subject to availability and may vary based on job scope and location.
3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Final costs may vary based on unforeseen circumstances or site conditions.

A call-out fee or minimum charge may apply, which will be disclosed prior to attendance.

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and may be subject to GST where applicable.
4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, EFT, and other agreed payment methods.

Late payments may incur interest or recovery costs.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations.

Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen events, we will contact you as soon as possible.
6. Warranty & Liability

Workmanship is covered 6 years.

Manufacturer warranties apply to products we supply and install.

We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or third-party interference.

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Access & Site Safety

You must provide safe, clear access to the work area.

We reserve the right to refuse service where safety risks are present.

Any required permits or consents are the responsibility of the property owner unless otherwise agreed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (logos, text, images) is the property of Philippou Plumbing Services PTY LTD and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
